At Video Openhouse we realize that we are not the only video tour providers in the Vancouver area.  I personally know of 2 other companies that produce real estate video tours.  They are Smart Productions, run by Martyn Smith and Art Smith and Movie Tours – Internet Movie Productions, operated by Dan Moen.

Smart Productions create “Walk and Talk” tours, where the video contains narration as the camera is “walked” through a home.  You may see examples on Tom Everitt’s website, www.thinktom.com or Malcolm Hasman’s website – www.malcolmhasman.com.

Movie Tours has a similar approach, offering “Walk Thru Internet Movie Tours”. They provide a similar product to Smart Productions, essentially walking the camera through a home.  Examples of Dan Moen’s work can be seen on Charles Bilash’s website - www.vancouver4sale.com and Les Twarog’s website – www.6717000.com.
